Shamanic journeys

Dimensions beyond the visible

Shamanic journeys

Shamanic journeying is a profound spiritual practice in which you are put into a trance state.
In this state, the perception of space and time dissolves, and you enter the 3 worlds – dimensions beyond the visible 3D world.
During your travels, you come into contact with your spiritual companions: power animals, spirit guides or ancestors who are always by your side.
These wise, loving helpers will give you answers, healing, and deep insights that often lie beyond your rational understanding.

A shamanic journey is more than just a journey. It is a journey to oneself, an encounter with the soul in its purest form.
It opens the door to hidden feelings, old wounds, and long-forgotten dreams. In this space, far removed from everyday worries, lies the power of healing, understanding, and transformation.
Every journey is unique and full of surprises because it leads you to where your soul holds the answers for you – answers that can touch and transform your entire being.

In the shamanic world, everything feels alive. Every stone, every tree, every breath carries consciousness and meaning. Nothing is static; everything is in flux.
And in this spiritual world, only the present moment exists – the eternal now. Timeless and infinite.
What guides you on the shamanic journey is love, a deep, all-encompassing love that permeates you and shows you that you are not alone.
This love flows into everything that lives; it connects you with everything and everyone. It reminds you that you are one with everything, a part of the greater whole, inextricably linked to the earth, the stars, and all life.

There are no limits. Everything you feel deep in your heart is possible. The shamanic journey invites you to explore the impossible, find your inner light, and remember the infinite wisdom and love that resides within you.
It is a way home – to your true self.

Tips for your shamanic journey

Create a safe space

Decide before the start of your journey whether you prefer to sit or lie down.

Find yourself a nice and sheltered spot.

Don't forget a blanket, because when you finally settle down and your body relaxes during the journey, it can get a bit chilly.

Energetic smudging

Feel free to smudge the room with Palo Santo or sage; this clarifies and transforms heavy energies into light energies.

Be undisturbed

Make sure you are undisturbed before and after your trip.

I also advise you to rest a little after you get back.

Because the impressions you get during the trip can deeply move you.

Water is life

During the journey, your inner energy is set in motion.

You open yourself to a new perception and let go of what is no longer needed.

Water (tea) ensures that the processes and energies in your body stay in flow.

A shamanic journey initiates a small cleansing ceremony, which is why hydration is so important.

Thank you

At the end of each journey, you express your gratitude. Thank you for the beings that revealed themselves and for all the sensations you experienced.

Take notes

If you like, you can write down your experiences from the trip or briefly record the messages and pictures.
